“Kojo” is a former walk-on offensive lineman at East Carolina who played four seasons for the Pirates… played in 35 contests including 26 starts while playing both guard and tackle… transferred to Carolina in January 2026.

2025 (Redshirt Junior)
Started all 13 games for the Pirates on the offensive line at right guard… earned second-team American Athletic Conference honors after playing 975 snaps… helped the Pirates to a 9-4 record and a Go Bowling Military Bowl win over Pitt… head coach was Blake Harrell.

2024 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Started all 13 games at ECU, earning second varsity letter… named College Football Network Honorable Mention after logging 862 total snaps (784 offense, 68 special teams)… spilt starting duties between right tackle (six games) and right tackle (seven games)… helped provide running lanes for all five of Rahjai Harris’ 100-yards games… helped the Pirates average 436.4 yards of offense a contest, which ranked 24th in FBS… member of an offensive line unit that helped the Pirates register 500 or more total yards in a game five times (Norfolk State, Temple, Florida Atlantic, Tulsa, North Texas)… ECU scored 49 offensive TDs (26 rushing, 23 passing).

2023 (Redshirt Freshman)
Played nine games, all in a reserve role on the offensive line and on special teams… earned his first varsity letter after logging 242 total snaps (215 offense, 27 special teams).

2022 (Freshman)
Walked on to the Pirate program in the fall… did not experience game action during his initial year with the program… named co-Offensive Scout Team Award winner at ECU’s annual end of the year banquet.
