Versatile performer who has worked in the defensive secondary and as a special teams performer.
2025 (Freshman)
Joined the squad in January and worked at Nickel… appeared in 11 games primarily on special teams… saw action in every game except Vanderbilt… returned seven kickoffs for 149 yards, a 21.3-yard average, with a long of 27 yards against Ole Miss… credited with three tackles on defense including a half-tackle for loss.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Blackville (S.C.)-Hilda High School… coached by Kevin Jones… helped the Fighting Hawks to a 9-3 record in 2024… rushed 153 times for 1,528 yards and 16 touchdowns as a senior… added 38 tackles including 6.0 tackles for loss… named to the Football Coaches Association all-state team for all classes as an all-purpose performer… selected to play in the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas… named the South Carolina Region 4-A Player of the Year and an all-state selection in 2023 when he got snaps at both running back and linebacker… carried the ball 153 times for 1,610 yards and 26 TD as a junior… added 76 tackles with nine tackles for loss, five hurries, three forced fumbles, a sack and an INT on defense… multi-sport athlete that also ran track and played basketball… was a state champion in both the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes as a junior… best times were 10.82 in the 100 and 21.98 in the 200… averaged 10.9 points and 4.8 rebounds on the hardwood as a junior.
