Returned for a final season and turned in an impressive campaign… recognized by his teammates as a Rex Enright permanent team captain, a co-Steve Wadiak Team MVP Award winner and a co-Most Outstanding Senior Award recipient… earned the coaches’ Strength & Conditioning Award and Nutrition Award… started all 12 games… topped all Carolina defensive linemen with 42 tackles… logged 6.0 tackles for loss including his first two career sacks… returned a fumble 17 yards for a touchdown at Texas A&M… added three quarterback hurries and a pass breakup… set a career high with six tackles at Missouri… had five stops including a career-best 2.0 tackles for loss and a sack against Vanderbilt… added five tackles including a TFL against Alabama… notched his second sack against Kentucky… selected as a game captain against Virginia Tech, Missouri, LSU, Alabama, Ole Miss, Coastal Carolina and Clemson… shared the spring’s South Carolina Spirit Award for the defense with DQ Smith… named to the 2025 Hampshire Honor Society.

2024 (Senior)
Appeared in four regular season games plus the bowl game while using his redshirt season… logged five tackles… had 20 snaps against LSU, the only contest in which he appeared through the first five games… appeared in three-straight games against Alabama, Oklahoma and Texas A&M with two tackles versus the Aggies… had one tackle in the Citrus Bowl against Illinois… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2023 (Junior)
Appeared in all 12 games as a reserve defensive tackle… recorded 11 tackles and one pass breakup… credited with two stops each against Tennessee, Missouri and Texas A&M… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2022 (Sophomore)
Played in all 13 games as a defensive lineman and special teams performer… credited with 14 tackles, one quarterback hurry, one pass breakup and one interception… had his best game when he posted a career-high three tackles, logged his first quarterback hurry and his first career interception in the Tax-Slayer Gator Bowl against Notre Dame… credited with two stops each against Arkansas, South Carolina State, Missouri and Tennessee… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2021 (Freshman)
Enrolled in January and went through spring drills… earned a letter after appearing in nine games, primarily on special teams… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll and the 2021-22 SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Eastern Wayne High School in Goldsboro, N.C. in December of 2020… did not play in the fall of 2020 as North Carolina football pushed its schedule to the spring… was a starter at defensive tackle on the Warriors varsity team since his freshman season… co-captain… collected 66 tackles including 15 sacks as a junior in 2019… coached by Leander Oates… was an honor roll student.
