Senior who handles both the punting and placekicking duties… a former walk-on who is an all-league candidate in both areas… has been the No. 1 punter each of the past two seasons… was a member of the 2009 Fall SEC Academic Honor Roll.

2009: Was the only player in the SEC to handle both the punting and placekicking duties… named fourth team All-SEC as a placekicker by Phil Steele… led the team with 79 points, the seventh-most in school history… fourth in the SEC and tied for the fourth-highest single-season mark in school history with 17 field goals while converting 85.0 percent of his attempts… named a semifinalist for the Lou Groza Award… ranked sixth in the SEC at 41.9 yards per punt with a long of 56 yards… named to the Ray Guy Watch List… booted a 55-yard punt and landed three inside the 20 at NC State… connected on 5-of-5 field goal attempts at Georgia to tie a 19-year-old school record set by Collin Mackie… hit from 21, 39, 22, 35 and 34 yards out for the first five field goals of his career… also ran a fake punt for 12 yards and a first down in the game… named one of the Lou Groza ‘Stars of the Week’ for his efforts… connected on all three of his FG attempts against No. 4 Ole Miss in a 16-10 win… also made a touchdown-saving tackle after a punt and averaged 42.9 yards with a long of 54 on seven punts against the Rebels… boomed a career-long 56-yard punt in the win over Kentucky… kicked a pair of field goals at Alabama extending his streak to 12 straight before coming up short on a 50-yard try… also punted seven times vs. Bama for a 44.0-yard average… punted eight times for a 42.2 yard average against Vanderbilt, including a 55-yarder… booted two field goals, including a career-long 47-yarder, at Tennessee… punted six times for a 44.7 yard average vs. Florida, including a long of 55 yards… had two field goals against Clemson including a 47-yarder.

2008: Averaged 42.1 yards per punt, tying for fifth in the SEC and 28th in the nation… 13 of his 48 punts were inside the 20… averaged 45.7 yards on three punts vs. NC State… averaged 44.8 yards on four punts at Vanderbilt… punted five times for a 44.8-yard average against LSU… punted eight times for a 45.0-yard average vs. Tennessee with two traveling 50+ yards and three inside the 20, earning SEC Special Teams Player of the Week honors… boomed a 53-yard punt against Arkansas.

2007: Walk-on who scored his first collegiate point on an extra point in the win over South Carolina State… also appeared in the LSU game on a kickoff.

2006: Redshirted as a true freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from York (S.C.) High in 2006 where he was coached by Steve Boyd… 2005 All-State selection by the Associated Press and the Coaches[apos] Association… averaged better than 41 yards per punt as a senior… kicked the winning 42-yard field goal in the North[apos]s 11-10 victory at the North-South All-Star game en route to claiming Offensive Player of the Game honors… helped York to an appearance in the state playoffs… also played soccer… member of the National Honor Society.
