Shemar Glenn Bio

Walk-on wide receiver who adds depth to the unit.

2017: Wide receiver who was not part of the 105 when fall camp opened, but was added back to the roster when school began in late August.

2016: Worked as a reserve wide receiver on the scout team for the Gamecocks.

2015: Attended USC-Union.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Union (S.C.) County High School in 2015… played wide receiver and served as a team captain for the Yellow Jackets… coached by former Gamecock standout quarterback Steve Taneyhill… also lettered three times in basketball… was a member of the BETA Club and on the honor roll… winner of the Upstate SC Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship… named Most Athletic in his senior class.

PERSONAL: Shemar Armonti Glenn was born May 13, 1997… is a sport and entertainment management major… is the son of former South Carolina wide receiver Monty Means, who also wore number 80 with the Gamecocks.
