CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: Has etched her name in South Carolina’s career top-15 lists 12 times, the highest positive being her fifth-place tie with 96 career starts, knotted with Trinity Johnson … Also sixth in appearances (110), eighth in innings pitched (504), 10th in strikeouts (329) and 11th in wins (36) … A four-time Southeastern Conference Academic Honor Roll member. 2013 (REDSHIRT SENIOR): Drew 23 starts and tossed 111.2 innings for the Gamecocks … Went 10-8 with a team-best three shutouts … Posted her first shutout in the win over Radford (2/24), giving up three hits and a walk in the five-inning blanking … Her lone relief appearance was in a winning effort at Furman, fanning five in four innings … Got the win with a complete-game effort at No. 13/12 LSU (3/24), giving up one earned run on five hits and two walks … Threw consecutive shutouts against Charlotte (4/24) and Mississippi State (4/27), giving up a combined seven hits and a walk while striking out 10 in the two seven-inning contests … Earned SEC Pitcher of the Week honors for those efforts … Her final start for the Gamecocks was a gem, scattering four hits and one unearned run in the complete-game victory win came in an eight-inning complete game against Western Kentucky (2/11), where she fanned a season-high seven and walked three in the 5-4 victory … Won three-straight starts, including two in the Highlander Classic over Portland State (3/2) and UC Davis (3/4) … Allowed just one run while scattering five walks and three hits in a complete-game at No. 4/4 Florida (3/17) … Tied her season high She completed four games, including throwing one shutout with her 6-10 record … Made her first appearance in relief in the opening game, tossing two innings while watching three unearned Charleston giving up a late run in a two-hit victory … Got her first win in SEC play over Ole Miss (3/13), scattering five hits and one earned run over 5.2 innings … Her Sunday start against No. 1 Alabama (4/3) gave the Gamecocks a chance, as she gave up one earned run on three hits and three walks in four innings … Held North Carolina (4/6) to one hit in five innings of her start, a game South Carolina (SOPHOMORE): Earned placement on the SEC Spring Academic Honor Roll … Pitched in seven games and hit in four others before undergoing shoulder surgery that ended her season…The staff ace when healthy, she ended the season with a 0.99 ERA in 42.1 innings … Struck out 45 batters while walking just nine, compiling a 3-3 record with two shutouts and three complete games … Went five shutout innings against Winthrop (2/14) and North Florida (2/20), both wins … Tossed her second shutout against Providence (2/27), giving up just one hit while fanning six … Went 8.1 innings at Florida Atlantic (2/28), striking out 11 while giving up just one hit and one walk in the tough-luck loss … Was not as effective in her final two appearances, walking six and striking out six in 10 innings of work total against DePaul (3/5) and Mississippi (3/10) … At the plate, she had the first RBI for a pinch hitter with her bases-loaded walk against Florida A&M (2/19) … Did not get a hit in three more pinch-hitting opportunities. 2009 (FRESHMAN): Played in 37 games, starting 30 overall … Hit in 18 games while pitching in 33 … Tallied a .167 batting average in 48 at bats … Had an on-base percentage 14-27 … Her second-career shutout came against Auburn (3/29), scattering six hits while fanning eight, tying for her high in an SEC game … Threw an eight-inning complete game against No. 4 Alabama (4/10), giving up just two runs on eight hits to help the Gamecocks stun the Crimson Tide and take the first game of the eventual series win … Threw 153 pitches in that complete-game win over Bama … Named SEC Pitcher of the Week on April 13 after that performance.
