2018 (Senior): Closed her Carolina career with 56 appearances, including 45 starts in right field… Hit .207 with 19 RBI and a .413 slugging percentage… Was important to the winning effort throughout the season as 17 of her RBI came in games the Gamecocks won… Started the year with just one hit through 18 games before finding her groove toward the end of non-conference play after a trip to the eye doctor… Her one hit during the stretch was a monstrous grand slam in a win over Lehigh (2/25)… Went 2-for-3 with two runs and a double in a win over Duke (3/20)… Followed that performance up going 3-for-3 with a run and RBI on her home run to spark the comeback in a win over No. 2 Tennessee (3/23)… Closed the series against the Volunteers with a 2-for-2 day including two runs and three RBI (3/25)… Blasted a two-run home run in a win over Missouri (4/20)… Hit a key two-run homer in the SEC Tournament win over Arkansas to seal the win and break the school team record for home runs in a year (5/11)… Finished with hits in three of her last four games… Named SEC Player of the Week for the first time in her career. 

2017 (JUNIOR):
Made 47 starts in the outfield and played in 54 games … Led the team with 13 stolen bases while ranking second in batting average (.319) … Also had a team-best six assists from the outfield while not making an error during the year (52 chances) … Drew three walks and scored twice in the season opener against Ohio (2/10) … Went 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles in the Longwood victory (2/11) … In a pinch-hitting appearance, she hit her first career home run, a three-run shot, in the rout of Presbyterian (2/12) … Went 2-for-3 with a walk, an RBI and two stolen bases in the Sunday win over the College of Charleston (2/26) … Posted a seven-game hitting streak (3/3-11), Including a hit in all five games of the Judi Garman Classic … Had the game-winning, two-RBI hit in the Virginia Tech win (3/8) … Homered as part of a 2-for-3 Saturday at No. 14/13 Tennessee (3/11) … Reached base in all three games against No. 2/1 Florida (3/17-19), posting an RBI double on Saturday … Scored twice and doubled on Saturday at Mississippi State (4/8) before going 2-for-3 with a triple on Sunday … Knocked a three-run homer as part of a 2-for-3 night in the triumph over No. 1/2 Florida State (4/14) … Scored twice in game one and went 2-for-2 with a double in game two of the doubleheader sweep of Charleston Southern (4/18) … Moved to the leadoff spot and scored a pair of runs in the Sunday win at No. 22/25 Georgia (4/30) … Also scored twice in the Friday night win over No. 18/19 LSU (5/5), going 2-for-3 with an RBI … Scored twice, was hit twice, walked once and stole a base in the NCAA Tucson Regional opener against St. Francis (5/19) … Went 2-for-3 with a walk and a run in the elimination-game win over the Red Flash (5/20) … Named to the Southeastern Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll and also garnered National Fastpitch Coaches Association Scholar-Athlete recognition.

2016 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 33 games, making six starts in right field … Hit .212 in 33 at-bats … Her first hit was a triple in the win over Virginia Tech (2/13), scoring a run as well … Had hits in her next two appearances as well, a start against Illinois State (2/14) and as a pinch-hitter against North Carolina (2/17) … Drove in a run in the Ohio win (2/20) … Went 1-for-3 with a walk and a run in the Winthrop win (2/21) … Tallied a crucial sacrifice bunt off the bench against SIUE (3/8), setting up the game-winning RBI in the eighth … Named to the Southeastern Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll and to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Scholar-Athlete list.

2015 (FRESHMAN): Started 11 games and played in 35 … Earned Southeastern Conference All-Freshman Team honors in the DP/Utility spot … Hit .310 on the year for the Gamecocks in 42 at-bats … Picked up her first hit off the bench in the Appalachian State win (2/13) … Posted consecutive two-hit games in starts against No. 21/20 Missouri (3/9) and vs. Western Kentucky (3/11) … Started all three games of the No. 9/15 Tennessee series (3/13-15), posting a double in Saturday’s win while also getting a hit in Friday’s first game … Started and drove in a run, the first of her career, in the first game of the doubleheader against North Florida (3/26) … Stole her first career base in the first win vs. Arkansas (4/10) … Posted a hit off the bench and stole a base in the win vs. Dartmouth in the Tallahassee Regional (5/16) … A member of the SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll as well as earning NFCA Scholar-Athlete accolades.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letter-winner in softball at Cape Henlopen H.S. … Named first-team all-state three times in softball … Also played field hockey, earning three-all-state nods there … Delaware’s Field Hockey Player of the Year while garnering second-team All-America status on the turf as well … Helped her team win three-consecutive state titles in field hockey … Also ran track for two years … In travel ball, played for East Coast X-plosion … Won the USSSA Fastpitch World Series in 2013 and 2014 … The 2013 World Series Offensive MVP in that event … Graduated summa cum laude, receiving the women’s award for excellence in math and science.

PERSONAL: Tiara Renee Duffy is the daughter of Tenesha … Has one sibling, Tykia … Chose the Gamecocks over North Carolina and Coastal Carolina, among others … Majoring in public health.
