• Placed third at the CSCAA Invite (48.50) in the 100 backstroke, second in the 200 backstroke (1:44.64), and 11th in the CSCAA Invite (48.74)
• Finished first in the 100 backstroke in the SC College Invite (48.82)
• Placed third in the 200 backstroke against East Carolina (1:53.39)
• Had 22 total top-10 finishes during the season

2016-17 (JUNIOR)

• Swam in five events as a junior (100 backstroke, 200 backstroke, 200 IM, 400 IM, 100 butterfly)
• Finished 21st in the 200 backstroke (1:44.98), 30th in the 100 backstroke (48.60) and 36th in the 100 butterfly (48.68) at the SEC Championships
• Tallied 11 top-10 finishes throughout the regular season
• Placed fourth in the 200 backstroke in three meets: Tenneesse (1:51.47), Duke (1:51.13) and at the SC College Invite (1:51.09)

2016 OLYMPIC TRIALS – CANADA

• Swam in three events, including two Olympic Trials A finals
• Finished sixth in the 200m backstroke (2:02.65)
• Chalked up a ninth-place result in the 100m backstroke (56.99)
• Ended his meet by placing 27th in the 200m IM (2:07.64)

2015-16 (SOPHOMORE)

• Competed in five events, serving as one of the team’s top performers in the backstroke
• Had his best finish at the SEC Championships in the 200 backstroke, placing 25th (1:45.84)
• Placed 29th in the 200 butterfly (1:47.87) at the conference meet, and added a 33rd-place result in the 400 IM (3:57.11)
• Earned a race victory at the SC Quad Met in the 100 backstroke (50.81)
• Ended the season with six podium finishes

2014-15 (FRESHMAN)

• Primarily competed in the 100 and 200 backstroke and 200 and 400 IM
• Set a personal record of 1:44.21 that he set in the final at the SEC Championships, finishing 17th overall
• Just missed the finals in the 400 IM at the SEC Championships finishing 25th with a time of 3:53.81, also finished 30th in the 200 IM with a time of 1:49.77
• Finished first in the 200 backstroke against Queens and Wingate
• At the Virginia Tech Invitational placed third in the 400 IM (3:52.94), 6th in the 100 backstroke (49.41), 200 backstroke (1:47.69) and 200 butterfly (1:50.70) and eighth in the 200 IM (1:49.33)
• Earned his first collegiate win in the 200 butterfly (1:51.20) at Kentucky
• Tallied eight top-three finishes throughout the season

• Swam for Lake City High School
• Help lead team to first state championship in 2011
• Six-time state champion
