2018-19 (SENIOR)

  • Won his third-straight SEC Championship in the 500 freestyle to become just the second swimmer in Carolina history to win three-consecutive conference titles in the same individual event.
  • Swam a season-best 4:11.98 in his gold medal race in the 500 free at SEC’s.
  • Set a new Carolina school record in the 200 fly (1:41.11) to earn honorable mention All-America honors in the 200 butterfly at the NCAA Championships.
  • Earned All-America honors in both the 200 fly and 500 free at the NCAA Championships in Austin, Texas
  • Earned A-final swims in the 200 fly, 200 free and 500 free at the SEC Championships, winning the 500 in addition to a bronze in the 200 fly.
  • Won 11 total races during his senior season with 18 combined top-three finishes.

2017-18 (JUNIOR)

  • Was named All-American in two events after finishing 11th in 500 freestyle (4:14.05) and 13th in the 200 butterfly (1:41.81) at the NCAA Championships
  • SEC Champion in both the 200 butterfly (1:41.25) and 500 freestyle (4:10.51) becoming the first South Carolina male swimmer to capture multiple individual conference championships in the same year
  • Set a school record with his 1:41.25 in the 200 fly at the SEC Championships
  • Set three PR’s at the SEC Championships including a school record in the 200 butterfly (1:41.25)
  • Tabbed as a First Team All-SEC performer for a second straight year
  • 15 total first-place finishes on the year and 29 podium finishes across six different events (100 fly, 200 fly, 100 free, 200 free, 500 free, 1000 free)

2016-17 (SOPHOMORE)

  • Earned All-America honors in three difference races as a sophomore
  • Finished fifth in the 500 freestyle (4:10.57), 13th in the 200 butterfly (1:42.05) and 29th in the 200 freestyle (1:34.41) at the NCAA Championships
  • Won the 500 freestyle (4:11.07) at the SEC Championships
  • Took third in the 200 freestyle (1:44.67) at SECs
  • Swam in five events as a sophomore (100 freestyle, 200 freestyle, 500 freestyle, 100 butterfly, 200 butterfly)
  • Tallied 15 podium finishes throughout the regular season, including six first-place finishes

2015-16 (FRESHMAN)

  • Swam to his first All-American honor when he helped the Gamecocks place 15th at the NCAA Championships in the 800 freestyle relay (6:19.93)
  • Earned a second swim in the 200 butterfly at the SEC Championships, placing 20th (1:45.89)
  • Finished 29th in the 200 freestyle (1:37.66) and 31st in the 200 IM (1:48.83)
  • Won the 200 butterfly against Duke (1:49.92) and at the SC Quad Meet (1:51.63)
  • Earned nine top-five finishes across five different events
  • Represented South Carolina in the LC Junior Nationals in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Earned first place in the 400m freestyle and two second place finishes in the 200m freestyle and 200m butterfly.
