Twice named SEC Freshman of the Week and earned USTFCCCA Athlete of the Week on Jan. 11 … Took part in seven meets, primarily running in the 60-meter sprint and the 200-meter race … Earned USTFCCCA Athlete of the Week for his performance in the Orange and Purple Elite, finishing first in the 200m (21.18) and second in the 60m (6.82) … Claimed four different 200m titles, all coming in four consecutive meets … Recorded back-to-back finishes of 20.89 in the 200m at the Gamecock Opener (Jan. 15) and the Carolina Challenge (Jan. 21), claiming both titles … Recorded five Top-5 finishes in the 60m dash, including capturing the title at the Dr. Sander Invitational when he ran in a time of 6.76 … Also finished runner up in the 60m in the second meet of the season at the Orange and Purple Elite, stopping the clock at 6.82 … Set an indoor personal-best at the Tiger Paw Invite with a time of 6.75 in the 60m.
