Competed in five indoor meets for the Gamecocks, running the 400m, 600m, 800m and both the 4x400m and distance medley relays … Began his indoor season at the Clemson Opener with a PR in the 600m, finishing eighth with a time of 1:21.81 … Competed in the 4x400m relay at the Clemson Opener, finishing fourth with a time of 3:20.56 … Set a personal record in the 800m at the Carolina Challenge, finishing fourth overall when he clocked 1:55.26 … Two weeks later he ran his lone 400m race of the season, posting a new PR with a time of 50.64 … Competed in three DMR races, earning a pair of wins at the Gamecock Opener and the Carolina Challenge … Was part of the fastest DMR team of the season at the South Carolina Invitational, clocking 10:07.43.

Outdoor

Competed in two meets during the season, primarily running the 800m, while also competing in the 4x400m and the 4x800m relays … Opened his outdoor season with an eighth-place finish at the Weems Baskin Relays 800m race, running 1:55.67 … Set his new outdoor 800m PR at the USC Open, clocking 1:55.19 … Was part of the 4x800m relay team that won the Weems Baskin Relays with a time of 7:43.13.

2022

Indoor

Competed in four indoor competitions, primarily running the 800m with a couple of distance medley relays thrown in … Finished 10^th in the 800m to open his indoor competition with a time of 2:01.39, his best placement of the indoor season … Set his indoor 800m season best in the South Carolina Invitational with a mark of 1:57.93.

Outdoor

Appeared in just three outdoor meets, all home meets for the Gamecocks, competing in the 800m throughout the spring season … His best finish in the outdoor 800m was fifth in the Gamecock Invitational with a time of 1:55.76.

Pre-South Carolina
High School

Was a regional champion in the 800 meters, and as a member of the 4×400-meter relay and 4X800-meter relay teams … Helped his team win a regional championship in 2019 … Helped his AAU team win state and regional tittles as well as finish as the runners-up nationally … Was a member of the National Honors Society.
