Appeared in seven meets and took the track & field world by storm, running the 200m, 300m, 400m and the 4x400m relay, winning every single race that she competed in … Was named SEC Women’s Freshman Runner of the Year as well as the USTFCCCA Southeast Region Track Athlete of the Year … Etched her name in the record books at the NCAA Indoor Championship with a pair of gold medals in the 200m and the 4x400m relay, earning two First Team All-American nods … Ran the fourth fastest collegiate 200m and fastest U20 time in history to win gold at the NCAA Indoor Championship, clocking 22.34 for a new program record to become the first Gamecock woman to win the indoor 200m since 2006 … Was the anchor leg of the women’s 4x400m relay national championship squad, running 3:26.20 for the gold medal including a split of 50.74 just 30 minutes after her 200m final for the program’s first 4x400m relay championship since 2019 … Prior to the NCAA Indoor Championship, Ford won both the 200m and the 4x400m relay at the SEC Indoor Championship to earn First Team All-SEC honors … She ran a then program record of 22.36 in the SEC Championship 200m final to become the program’s first ever SEC Indoor 200m champion … Was the anchor leg of the SEC 4x400m Championship team, running a program time of 3:26.05 with a split of 49.80 for the first SEC crown in 15 years … Took the track & field world by storm with the second fastest collegiate 300m to begin her collegiate career at the Clemson Opener, running a program record time of 35.83 for the win and then later was the opening leg of the 4x400m relay squad that won with a time of 3:36.46 … Ran the 300m in her home debut at the Gamecock Opener, running in 36.00 flat for a new Carolina Indoor Track & Field Facility record … Brought home the Gamecock Opener 4x400m relay win as the anchor leg, running 3:31.27 … Won a pair of 200m races during the regular season, running 22.58 at the Razorback Invitational and then 22.36 at the Tiger Paw Invite … Secured a pair of wins in the 400m at the New Balance Collegiate Showdown (51.60) and the Tiger Paw Invite (51.33) … Her time of 51.33 at the Tiger Paw Invite set a new personal best and is the third fastest indoor 400m in program history.

Was a track & field phenom for Jack Britt High School in Fayetteville, N.C. … During her time with the Buccaneers, Ford accounted for 24 gold medals in events such as the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and the 4x400m … She also secured seven silver medals, six bronze medals and two copper medals … During the 2023 season, Ford earned the title of Women’s 4A Track & Field State Champion MVP Athlete and was the United 8 Athletic Conference Women’s Track & Field Runner of the Year in the 100m, 200m, 400m and the 4x400m relay … She was also a member of the United 8 Athletic Conference First Team All-Conference squad … She earned three key gold medals during her senior season: U20 San Juan 4x400m, Nike Nationals 400m and the Brooks Invitation 400m … She also finished as the USATF U20 400m bronze medalist during her senior campaign … Her junior campaign saw her rise to high expectations as well, earning gold medal in the Adidas Nationals in the 100m, 200m and the 400m – setting a new record in the 400m … She was also named Jack Britt Women’s Indoor Track MVP … During the 2022 season, Ford was awarded United 8 Athletic Conference Women’s Track & Field Runner of the Year … The 2021 campaign saw Ford earn her first Women’s Track & Field MVP Sprinter following the COVID season in 2020 … She was also awarded Jack Britt’s Varsity Girls Track & Field Runner of the Year and earned a spot on the United 8 All-Conference First Team in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and the 4x400m … Ford entered college with the following personal bests for indoor: 55m (7.07), 200m (23.58) and 300m (40.11); while holding the following outdoor personal bests of: 100m (11.34), 200m (23.06), 400m (51.77), 800m (2:28.40) and the 1600m (6:39.86).
