Rudeck had a successful freshman cross country season and is entering her sophomore year with dedication and high hopes of achieving new personal records. She improved significantly throughout her freshman year and finished the outdoor track season with a personal record of 19:33, which was 40 seconds faster than her previous best. Rudeck spent her summer traveling abroad to Australia, taking classes and gaining life-changing experiences. Additionally, she worked as a lifeguard and an ice cream server at the local Ben and Jerry[apos]s. She is a determined student as well as athlete and sets her goals high both academically and athletically. Her goal is to be a clinical psychologist and plans on using her business degree to own her own practice after completing school.

Rudeck started running her sophomore year of high school and immediately fell in love with the sport. She was a nine-letter varsity athlete, competing in cross country (three), swimming (four) and track (two). She was team captain both her junior and senior years and helped lead the team to become league champions in 2008, 2009 and 2010. She competed in the Eastern Mass Championships all three years, placing in the top 30. Her best 5K time is 19:12 and she was awarded League All-Star in 2008 and 2009.

Rudeck graduated high school as a member of National Honor Society as well as Latin Honor Society. She participated in various community service projects and finished off her high school career in the top five percent of her class. Additionally, she made the deans list both fall and spring semesters of her freshman year.
