2020 Cross Country

Had her best season of Cross Country in her final year in Columbia… Set PRs in both the 5K and the 6K… Took 16th at the FSU Invite to help the Gamecocks finish in second as a team with a PR of 18:27.90… Broke through at the UAB Blazer Classic to finish with a time of 21:59.68 and 16th overall… Dropped her biggest PR of the season at the 2020 SEC Championships, finishing in a time of 21:43.20.

2020 Track

Indoor: Competed in two meets for the Gamecocks during the indoor season… Started the season at the Carolina Challenge running the 3000m, finishing in 11:42.63… Ran the 5000m at the South Carolina Invite, finishing in 20th in a time of 19:45.41.

Outdoor: Cancelled.

2019 Cross Country

Competed at the Carolina Challenge for the Gamecocks, finishing in 34th in a time of 21:02.0.

2019 Track

Indoor: Opened her season with a third-place finish in the 5000m at the Carolina Challenge, with a mark of 19:16.26… finished 28th in the 3000m at the USC Indoor Open, running 11:15.00.

Outdoor: Ran in both home meets… placed 17th in the Gamecock Invitational 5000m, running 20:09.06… took 12th place in the 3000m at the USC Outdoor Open with a time of 11:29.82.

2018 Cross Country

Saw action at both the Carolina Challenge and the Charleston Classic… finished 40th at the home meet with a time of 19:47.3… helped the Gamecocks win the team title in Charleston with a 20th-place finish, at 20:18.7.

2018 Track

Indoor: Ran the 3000m at the Navy Winter Invitational, finishing 17th with a mark of 11:05.55.

Outdoor: Took part in two meets… ran the 3000m at the USC Open, placing 12th with a time of 11:03.77… came in 10th in the 5000m at the Gamecock Invitational, stopping the clock in 19:11.34.

2017 Cross Country

Competed in seven meets in her first season as a collegian… Placed 15th at the Carolina Challenge with a time of 19:10.4, her top 5K of the season… Stretched out to 6K for the first time at the Bulldog SEC Preview, when she placed 55th in 24:04.0… Earned a podium at the Koala Classic, placing third and helping the Gamecocks win the team title… Ran her best 6K at the Crimson Classic, a mark of 23:17.5… Was part of Carolina’s postseason lineup, finishing at the SEC Championships and at the NCAA Southeast Regional.

High School

Represented Seneca Valley High School three times in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association Cross Country State Championships … Posted her career-best 5K time of 19:10.0 in the 2014 meet, finishing 20th … Ranked 29th as a freshman and 71st as a junior … Outdoors, she had her best showings in the 3200m, finishing fifth in the PIAA District 7 AA & AAA meet in 2015 in 10:59.40 … Indoors at 3000m, posted three top-five showings in the Tri-State Track and Field Coaches Association championships with a top time of 10:33.28 coming in 2015 … Earned the KDKA Extra Effort Award and was named the school’s female athlete MVP … A member of the highest honor roll and captured the Harvard Prize Book award.

The daughter of Raymond and Kathleen Hensler … Has two siblings: Bradley and Kelly … Majoring in civil engineering.
