Competed in eight meets during the indoor campaign, running the mile, 3,000-meter and the distance medley relay … Made his collegiate debut at the Clemson Opener on Dec. 3, winning the 3,000m with a time of 8:39.06 … Followed that up with a pair of wins in the Gamecock Opener in his first home meet, winning in both the mile (4:12.22) and the DMR (10:31.05) … Recorded his 3,000m personal record at the South Carolina Invitational when he logged a time of 8:22.76, placing ninth overall … In the very next meet, he recorded his personal best in the mile, clocking a time of 4:08.68 to place seventh overall … Also won the mile at the UofSC Indoor Open (4:10.09) and narrowly missed out on scoring at the SEC Indoor Championship in the DMR, finishing ninth with a time of 9:49.50.
