2019
Indoors: Ran the anchor leg on Carolina’s most successful 4x400m relay squad in over a decade… was part of Carolina 4×4 victories at the Orange & Purple Elite, the Gamecock Inaugural, the Dr. Sander Challenge and the USC Indoor Open… the squad’s USC Open time, 3:05.68, was a new school record… crossed the line as the Gamecocks finished fifth at the NCAA Indoor Championships, earning first-team All-America laurels in the event for the first time in over a decade… also competed individually in the 400m, running a new personal best of 47.19 to finish 14th at the SEC Championships.
Outdoors: Once again made a huge contribution on the Carolina 4x400m relay, including a fourth-place finish at both the SEC Championships and the NCAA East Regional… ran the second leg in the preliminary round of the NCAA Championships, where the team posted a time of 3:02.68, second-best in school history… ran anchor in the NCAA final, as the Gamecocks finished eighth to once again secure first-team All-America honors… individually, he won the 400m at the Black & Gold Challenge with a time of 48.01… ran a season-best 47.10 at the Gamecock Invitational and finished 22nd at the SEC Championships.

2018
Indoors: Competed twice in the 400m… finished second at the Navy Winter Invitational with a time of 48.60, and also competed at the UCS Invitational… also ran the 4x400m relay.
Outdoors: Ran in five meets individually, posting his best 400m season yet… ran 47.52 at the Florida Relays to set a new PR and move into the NCAA East Regional rankings for the first time… came back to run another PR, 47.07, at the SEC Championships, where he finished 15th… was a key contributor on the 4x400m relay team, including a ninth-place finish at the SEC Championships.

2017
Indoors: Ran the 400m at four meets… logged a season-best 48.42 at the Vanderbilt Invitational… finished 35th at the SEC Championships… ran on the 4x400m relay, including a win at the Clemson Invitational.
Outdoors: Ran the 400m four times… set a PR at the SEC Championships, where he finished 27th in a time of 47.95… was a key part of the 4x400m relay, including a sixth-place finish at the Penn Relays and a 10th-place result at the SEC Championships… served as an alternate on the 4x100m relay at the NCAA East Regional and the NCAA Championships.

2016
Indoors: Competed in the 400m… his top time of the season was 47.62, set at the Conference Clash where he finished seventh overall… also had a top-10 finish at the Texas A&M Invite… finished 25th in the prelims at the SEC Championship… also ran on the 4x400m relay.
Outdoors: Did not compete.
