COLUMBIA, S.C. – Four Gamecocks posted two hits as South Carolina moved to 2-0 on the season with a 5-1 victory over Furman (0-3) in the first game of day two of the Palmetto State Showdown at Beckham Field.
Junior leftfielder Kaitlin Westfall led the two-hit brigade by driving in two with her home run.
