Tampa, Fla. – D.J. Swearinger, Byron Jerideau, Ace Sanders, and Dylan Thompson teamed up to earn a 448-383 victory over Michigan in Friday’s bowl challenge, held at Splitsville Luxury Lanes. Thompson led all eight players with a high score of 133, with two strikes and three spares. Sanders was second on the team with an overall score of 114, boasting a game-high three strikes to go with two spares. Swearinger also broke the 100-point mark with a score of 109, as the senior had one strike and two spares. Jerideau scored 92 points in the competition, tallying two key strikes late in the game to help lead the Gamecocks past the Wolverines’ four-member squad.
