Boosie Whitlow Bio

True sophomore who is penciled in at the BUCK (defensive end/outside linebacker) spot… showed flashes during his true freshman campaign of owning excellent pass rushing skills… looks to play a more prominent role this fall.

2015: Played in all 12 contests, making three starts… used primarily in pass rushing situations… credited with 14 tackles, including 5.0 tackles for loss in somewhat limited duty… logged one sack and credited with four additional quarterback hurries… had a key QB hurry against Kentucky, forcing a throw that was picked off by Skai Moore… saw his first extended action against UCF and responded with a pair of tackles for loss among his four stops, including a 10-yard sack… made his first start against Vanderbilt and had his first career pass break up… had three stops against Texas A&M in his second start… started at Tennessee and was credited with three tackles including a tackle for loss… had a tackle for loss against both Florida and The Citadel.

PERSONAL: Quandeski DeWandrez Whitlow was born May 16, 1997… is a sport and entertainment management major… is a cousin of former Kentucky quarterback Jalen Whitlow.
