Former walk-on offensive lineman who was converted to tight end in the fall of 2019… specializes as a blocker… fifth-year senior who was placed on scholarship prior to the 2018 season… has appeared in 19 games with one career start… a three-time SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll selection.

2019
Transitioned from offensive center to tight end early in fall camp… saw action in all 12 games, including a start in the season finale against Clemson… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll. 

2018
Former walk-on who was rewarded with a scholarship prior to the start of the season… reserve center who saw action in five games… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2017
Walk-on offensive lineman who saw late-game action in two contests, appearing against Arkansas and Wofford… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2016
Walk-on offensive lineman… traveled with the squad as a backup offensive center throughout the season… did not see any game action.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Summerville (S.C.) High School in 2016… played along the offensive line for the Green Wave… earned three varsity letters in football… played for head coach Joe Call in his senior season and the legendary John McKissick prior to that… was a three-time all-region and two-time all-state selection… also earned All-Low Country honors… selected for the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas.

Chandler Riley Farrell was born June 30, 1998… is an exercise science major who earned his undergraduate degree in May 2019 and is working towards a Master’s degree in the same field… father, Kenny, played football at South Carolina, lettering three times from 1990-92.
