True freshman defensive back who enrolled in January… went through the spring learning the defense and showcasing his skill set… needs to continue to grasp the defense to allow his natural ability to flow… could figure into the two-deep at cornerback and see action on special teams in his first campaign.

Played slot corner, box linebacker and deep safety at Legion Collegiate Academy in Rock Hill, S.C., graduating in December, 2022… the Lancers were coached by Strait Herron… credited with 26 tackles and three pass breakups as a junior… selected to play in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl… also played basketball… considered the 18th-best player in the Palmetto State and the 94th-best “athlete” in the country according to 247Sports Composite… ranked as the 21st-best player in the state and the 116th-best safety in the country by On3 Consensus… ESPN rated him as the 14th-best player in the state and the 87th-ranked “athlete” in the country.
