Transferred to South Carolina in January and started all 13 games at right guard in his lone season with the Gamecocks… earned third-team All-SEC honors as selected by the league’s 16 coaches and by College Football Nation… was selected by his teammates as a Rex Enright team captain… shared Outstanding Student-Athlete honors with Alex Herrera… named to the CSC Academic All-District team… took 939 snaps, third among the offensive linemen… earned SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week honors in back-to-back weeks following the Gamecocks’ wins over Texas A&M and Vanderbilt… was also the Outland Trophy National Player of the Week following his efforts against the Aggies… graded out at 88 percent with six pancakes and three knockdowns against the Aggies, then graded at 93 percent with 11 knockdowns and eight pancakes against the Commodores… played in the Hula Bowl in Orlando following the season… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll… presented with the Gamecock Toughness Award for the Offense in the spring.

Named to the Stats Perform FCS All-America Third Team after helping the Eagles post a 9-3 record and advance to the NCAA Division I FCS playoffs under head coach Trei Oliver… recognized as the MEAC Offensive Lineman of the Year and a first-team all-league performer after helping an NCCU offense lead the MEAC in every team statistical category and rank in the top 20 of the FCS in both scoring and total offense… was a 2023 HBCU All-American and tabbed the MEAC Offensive Lineman of the Week three times.
2022 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Garnered first-team All-MEAC honors… started all 12 games at center for the top scoring and total offense leaders in the MEAC… twice named MEAC Offensive Lineman of the Week… topped the squad with 81 pancake blocks, an average of 6.8 per game… graded out at 85.3 percent on the season… the Eagles posted a 10-2 overall record, won the MEAC title and defeated Jackson State in the Cricket Celebration Bowl, earning the title of HBCU National Champions… they secured the program’s highest FCS national ranking at No. 17 in the final AFCA Coaches’ Poll.
2021 (Redshirt Freshman)
Started all 11 games for NCCU… named the MEAC Offensive Lineman of the Week following his performance in a win at Howard… earned a spot on Phil Steele’s All-MEAC third team… the team posted a 6-5 ledger.
2020 (Freshman)
Attended North Carolina Central but the school did not field a football team for competition… the MEAC suspended the fall sports season due to COVID-19 and NCCU opted out of the Spring 2021 competition.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Olympic High School in Charlotte, N.C., in 2020… named to the SoMECK 7 all-conference team… selected to play in the 2019 Queen City Senior Bowl.
