2016: Fifth-year senior defensive back who logged 25 tackles in 13 games, with one start… posted six tackles (four solo) and a pass breakup at Mississippi State… collected three tackles at Kentucky… posted two tackles, including one tackle for loss and forced a fumble against Texas A&M… made three tackles in the win over Tennessee… credited with three tackles against Florida… did not participate in spring drills while rehabbing from offseason shoulder surgery… earned the Harold White GPA Award in the spring.

2015: Started 10 of 12 games at strong safety after making the conversion from Spur in the spring… ranked fifth on the team with 48 tackles… had four tackles and his first career interception against North Carolina… made three solo stops and forced a fumble against Kentucky… logged a season-high seven tackles at Georgia… had five stops including a half tackle for loss at Missouri… matched his season-high with seven tackles at LSU and added six stops against Vanderbilt… collected six tackles at Texas A&M… did not start at Tennessee or versus The Citadel… notched six stops against Clemson… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll… garnered Most Improved Safety honors in the spring.

2012: Played in two early contests, getting in against East Carolina and UAB… logged five tackles including a tackle for loss… sat out the remainder of the year due to a left calf strain… petitioned for a medical redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Collected 63 tackles during his senior campaign at Island Coast High School in Cape Coral, Fla., graduating in 2012… selected to play in the U.S. Army All-American Game… named to the Super 75 list by the Florida Times-Union and to the Super 120 by the Mobile (Ala.) PERSONAL: JJordan Michael Diggs was born Sept. 28, 1993… father, Shed, played linebacker for Carolina from 1984-87… both performed in No. 42… is an interdisciplinary studies major who graduated in May of 2016.
