CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: Tallied the sixth-best on-base percentage for a Gamecock in history (.420) while ranking 10th in walks per game (0.34), second in hit-by-pitches (30) and 15th in runs per game (0.50) … Appears on the career assists-per-game charts at two different positions: catcher (4th, 0.53) and third base (5th, 1.71) … A three-time Southeastern Conference Spring Honor Roll member and twice an National Fastpitch Coaches Association Scholar-Athlete. 2016 (SENIOR): Started 47 games, all as the Gamecocks’ catcher, while playing in 10 other games … Ranked second on the team with 14 hit-by-pitches, third-most for a Gamecock in history, while ranking fourth with a .394 on-base percentage … That on-base percentage rose to .526 in leadoff situations … Caught 11 would-be base stealers on the year (.208 caught-stealing percentage) … Scored twice in the home-opening win over North Carolina (2/17) … Made a diving catch in foul territory while catching the first Gamecock no-hitter in five years in the win over Western Carolina (3/1) … Her heads-up base-running helped her score the game-winning run against Michigan State (3/5), dashing home from third after seeing the plate unguarded in the seventh inning … Produced the walk-off win against SIUE with her eighth-inning RBI single … Helped the Gamecocks on both sides of the ball in the series-clincher against No. 12/12 Georgia (3/21) … Had a sacrifice bunt at the plate while making two big tags at the plate to help the Gamecocks in the 5-4 (8) win … Scored three times, stole a base, hit a double and was hit two times in the win at Charlotte (3/30) … Posted a pair of two-hit days in the series win at Arkansas (4/8-10) … Also went 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles and two runs scored in the SEC Tournament first-round win over No. 17/15 Missouri (5/11) … Tallied hits in the first three games of the NCAA Tallahassee Regional and laid down a sacrifice bunt in Sunday’s contest against No. 7/7 Florida State (5/20-22) … Named to the SEC Spring Academic Honor Roll and to the NFCA Scholar-Athlete list. 2015 (JUNIOR): Played in 49 games, starting 20 with most coming at third base … Ranked second on the team with a .473 on-base percentage, the fifth-highest mark in South Carolina single-season history … Also on the single-season charts, her 12 hit-by-pitches tied for second and her 0.53 walks per game stood eighth … In two starts and one pinch-hitting appearance during the Pirate Classic (2/6-8), she reached base in every opportunity, including five times in her first start of the year against Delaware State … In that game, she doubled, went 2-for-2, walked three times and scored two runs … Also scored twice while hitting a home run in the Longwood start … Scored two of the Gamecocks’ three runs in the loss to No. 9/8 Florida State in the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic (2/19) … Scored three times while going 2-for-2 with a home run in the Liberty win (3/5) … Posted a hit in every game vs. No. 9/15 Tennessee (3/13-15), including going 2-for-5 with a double and two RBI in the nine-inning win on Saturday night … Those three games came in the midst of her season-best seven-game hitting streak … Scored four runs in the victory at UNC Wilmington (3/31), hitting a homer, walking twice and stealing two bases … Followed that with a 3-for-4, double-and-two-RBI day vs. College of Charleston (4/1) … Drove in two in a 2-for-3 effort in the win vs. Georgia Southern (4/21) … Walked twice and was hit by a pitch in the season ending contest vs. No. 13/14 UCF during the Tallahassee Regional (5/16) … Named a NFCA Scholar-Athlete and also appears on the SEC Spring Academic Honor Roll. 2014 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 27 games, starting 11 at third base during the season … Held the best fielding percentage of a Gamecock at the hot corner on the year (.949) … Her first start came against UNC Wilmington (2/23), and she scored both of the Gamecocks’ runs in the win while stealing two bases … Went 2-for-4 against Ball State (2/28), hitting her first collegiate home run in the contest … Also went 2-for-3 with two RBI in the Eastern Kentucky victory (3/11) … Appeared at catcher for the first time as a Gamecock in the NCAA Tournament, not making an error in her two appearances … A member of the SEC Spring Academic Honor Roll. 2013 (FRESHMAN): Made four appearances late in the year, three as a pinch hitter … Posted her first collegiate hit in the first game against Charlotte (4/24) … Also scored a run in a pinch-running nod against Coastal Carolina (4/10). HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered six years in softball at Hartsville High School … Improved her batting average every year from .354 as a seventh-grader to a .591 as a senior … Led the Red Foxes to their first state 3A championship in 2012, finishing the year with a 32-2 record … The team’s MVP in 2012 … Made the all-state team by High School Sports Report (HSSR) twice and all-region listings on five occasions … Named the Region VI 3A Player of the Year as a junior … Posted her high of 13 home runs as a sophomore … Helped the team win its region in 2010 and district in 2011 en route to the state title in 2012 … Also played volleyball, earning the team’s defensive player of the year award in 2011 … Played on Tony Genovese’s Carolina Elite travel ball team … Attended Mayo High School for Math, Science and Technology in Darlington.
