- Earned the first national title in program history in the 3-meter dive at the 2026 NCAA Championships

- National Runner-up in the 1-meter dive at the 2026 NCAA Championships
- Grabbed All-American status in the 1-meter and 3-meter
- Named to the All-SEC First Team honors
- Swept the springboard events at the SEC Championships
- Collected 13 event wins throughout the season

2024-25 (JUNIOR)
- Went undefeated in the 3-meter at dual meets, tallying eight victories
- Earned top three finishes at all dual meets in the 1-meter, picking up seven first-place finishes and one second-place finish
- Named SEC Diver of the Week six times, which marked the most out of all other divers in the conference
- Broke the pool record in the 3-meter at UNCW and Duke
- Competed at the 2024 USA Diving Winter Nationals, placing third in the 3-meter synchro, third in the 1-meter and sixth in the 3-meter
- Qualified for the SEC Championship team where she won gold in the 3-meter and silver in the 1-meter
- Qualified for NCAA Championships in the 1-meter and 3-meter after placing sixth and fifth, respectively, at Zone B Championships
- Earned All-American Honorable Mention honors in the 1-meter and 3-meter after placing ninth and 11th, respectively, at NCAAs
- Scored the second highest result in the entire field at NCAAs in the 1-meter

2022-23 (SOPHOMORE)
- Swept the springboards at South Carolina’s meet at Alabama
- Won the 1-meter event during South Carolina’s meet versus Georgia
- Won the 3-meter event during the meet versus Davidson
- Placed fourth on the 1-meter and third on the 3-meter at the Georgia Diving Invitational
- Competed on the SEC Championship team on both springboard events and made the finals of both
- Earned a silver medal on the 3-meter springboard at the SEC Championships and placed 8th on the 1-meter board
- Placed fourth on both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards at the NCAA Zone B Championships to qualify for the NCAA Championships
- At the NCAA Championships, finished 23rd on the 1-meter board and 24th on the 2-meter board
2021-22 (FRESHMAN)
- Swept the springboards at the meet versus Gardner-Webb, at Georgia, and at the Tennessee Invitational
- Placed first in the 3-meter during the meet versus UNCW
- Earned bronze for Team USA at the Junior Pan American Championships
- Competed in the 1-meter, 3-meter, and platform at the SEC Championships. Made finals in the 1-meter

- Daughter to Holly and Scott Verzyl, sister to Zach and Maddie
- Obtained an undergraduate degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Sport and Entertainment Management
- Enjoys weightlifting and is on the all-time school record board at AC Flora High School
