2024 Parking Seat Selection Process

A step-by-step walk-through of how to select parking.

Accessing Your Account

1. Use your account log in information to log in to your account.

2a. Once you have logged into your account, a "takeover" page will appear. This "takeover" page will inform you of your upgrade options.

2b. There are 2 "takeover" pages. One if you have an active time (pictured above), and one if you have a time in the future (next slide).

Please Note: There is a countdown clock on both pages. The countdown on the first page reflects how long until the upgrade process is complete. The countdown on the second page reflects how long until your upgrade time starts.

2c. Click the "upgrade now" or the "preview now" buttons to view your eligible upgrade items.

2d. The preview will allow you to see all available inventory, but will not allow you to add to your cart. If you are logged in under the preview now option when your time comes, you will have to log out and log back in to add seats to your cart.

Upgrade Options

3a. Click the "Upgrade Seats" button on the parking space(s) or parking deposit(s) that you would like to upgrade.

After clicking "upgrade seats", the button will have a check mark (pictured above).

Please Note: The number of parking spaces or deposits you choose in this step will be the number of spaces you have to select on the map. If you only want to move 1 or select 1 space, only click the select button next to one space or deposit.

3b. Once you have selected the number of parking spaces or deposits you want to upgrade, click the "Next" button at the top of the page.

4. After clicking "Next" you will be brought to an overhead view of the parking selection virtual venue.

Virtual Venue Overview

5a. Become oriented with the parking lots and their location as it relates to the stadium.

Please Note: Lots with a "green" dot indicate that there is at least 1 available parking space in that lot. Lots that do not have any available parking will not show a "green" dot. The Quad 5 lot and the Fairgrounds Handicap Lot will not show availability. For availability in these lots please call the parking office at 803-777-4274.

5b. The parking space(s) you chose on the eligible items page will display with a yellow display marker. (Pictured Below)

6. You may choose a lot by clicking on "View Available Sections" on the right side of the page, or by hovering over a lot and clicking.

Please Note: If you hover over a lot with your cursor, you will be given a brief description of that lot including the total cost of a space in that lot, and how many available spaces are currently in that lot (indicated by the # next to the green sticker).

Seat Selection

7a. After clicking into a lot you will see all of the spaces in that lot. The spaces in "green" are the spaces that are currently available and those in "grey" are not available.

Please Note: The space(s) you chose on the eligible items page to be upgrade will be "yellow" on the map and indicate that it is your "current seat".

7b. Hover over "green" spaces to see the exact location and the cost of that space.

Please Note: When hovering over a "green" space, that space will temporarily turn "blue".

8a. Once you have found a space you would like to select, click on that space. After clicking the space it will take you to a view of that lot with a selected parking window on the right side of the screen. Click the "ADD to cart" button at the bottom of this window to add this current space to your cart.

8b. After adding a space to the cart, you may press the back button on the top left of the screen to return to the lot overview to look at other inventory, or you may also remove the space from your cart by clicking that option at the bottom of the window on the right side of the screen.

Please Note: That space will be blue and have a check mark to indicate it is currently in your cart (See Below). However, this does not mean you have this space on "hold". Other accounts logged in at the same time will still see this space as green and can still select it until you complete the checkout process.

9. Once you have selected all of the spaces you want to purchase/ upgrade to, please click on the cart icon at the top of the page.

10. After clicking the cart, a summary window will appear with all of the spaces you have selected and added to your cart.

Please Note: The number of spaces/ deposits you selected at the beginning on the eligible items page has to match the same number of spaces you added to your cart in order to continue the parking selection process. If you chose to upgrade 2 spaces/ deposits at the beginning and only chose 1 space on the map, like the scenario pictured above, after clicking the "continue" button you will receive the "Update Quantity" message

11. Once you have the correct number of spaces in your cart you will no longer receive the "Update Quantity" message when clicking "Continue". If you are ready to move forward with selecting these spaces click the "continue" button.

Please Note: Remember, simply adding the spaces to your cart does not reserve these spaces. You must click through the "Checkout" button on the next page.

Checkout and Payment

12. After clicking "CONTINUE" you will be directed out of the virtual venue and to a review page. If everything looks correct on this page click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page.

Please Note: The above page confirms the spaces/ deposits you will be dropping (Current Seats) and the parking spaces you will be obtaining (New Seats). The page also breaks down the cost of your current spaces/ deposits and how much of a difference there will be for the new spaces. The "Total Amount Due" amount will reflect the total cost of the new spaces minus payments you have made towards the spaces/deposits.

13. After clicking "Checkout" you will begin the final steps to complete your purchase/ upgrade. Step 1 is the Delivery & Shipping method. This step is completed for you, and you will receive your parking via mail or mobile, based off which price handling fee you paid.

14a. Step 2 is the Payment option. If you are not enrolled in a payment plan you will only have one option to choose "Pay In Full". Please choose this option.

Please Note: "Pay In Full" will charge the total due upon submitting your order.

14b. If you are enrolled in a payment plan you will have two options to choose from.

Please Note: If you would like to add the parking to your existing payment plan, please choose "ADD TO PAYMENT PLAN". Adding the parking to your payment plan will change the amount due today to $0.00 and the cost/balance will be spread out over the remaining months of your payment plan.

15a. After choosing your payment option, please select your "Payment Method".

Please Note: Please choose a card on file, checking account information on file or Add/Edit Payment Method.

15b. If you choose "Add/Edit Payment Method" you will see the pop-up screen above.

Please Note: After choosing one of these options please fill out all of the necessary information including your billing info.

16. Once you have completed the payment information, including your CVV number, please verify everything is correct with your order. If everything looks correct, please check the box next to "I accept the Terms and Conditions" and click the "Pay Today-$x.xx".

Please Note: If you selected the payment plan option or if there is a $0.00 balance for your new parking spaces, the "Pay Today" amount will be $0.00. However, you still have to complete the billing information, including entering in a card number. Remember, the name and address on the card must match that of the ones on your account.

17. The final step is the confirmation page. Once you reach this page you have completed the parking selection process.
