University of South Carolina divers Lauren King and Allison Brennan tallied 238.44 points on Tuesday night to place fifth in the women’s synchronized three-meter semifinal at the Speedo National Diving Championships in Indianapolis, Ind. The duo finished fifth out of 17 teams advancing them to the synchronized three-meter final on Friday, June 27.

The 2003 Speedo National Diving Championships continue through Sunday, June 29, at the IU Natatorium on the campus of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. The Gamecock divers are competing for roster spots on the 2003 National Team and Pan American Games Team.
