Gamecocks to Face Notre Dame in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl on Dec. 30

The South Carolina Gamecocks (8-4, 4-4 SEC) will face the Notre Dame Fighting Irish (8-4) in the 78th TaxSlayer Gator Bowl. The game will be played at TIAA Bank Field (67,164) in Jacksonville, Fla., on Friday, Dec. 30, 2022, with kickoff scheduled for 3:30 pm ET.

Manage your Gator Bowl Tickets

We have completed the allocation for the 2022 TaxSlayer Gator Bowl and tickets are now ready to be managed. Tickets for the 2022 TaxSlayer Gator Bowl are DIGITAL only and can be accessed through the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Account Manager. No printed tickets will be distributed from our ticket office. To access your tickets, you must use the email address associated with your purchase. Once logged into your Gator Bowl Account Manager you’ll be able to download your tickets to your digital wallet, transfer them to another email address or post them for resale.

To make gameday as smooth as possible, we encourage all ticket holders to access their tickets prior to gameday to avoid confusion at the gate. This includes moving your tickets into your mobile wallet to ensure prompt and easy access into the stadium.

We’re taking over Sneakers Sports Grille and turning it into the official headquarters for all Gamecocks to unite. From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 29, join the Gamecock Club, Alumni Association and some special guests at Sneakers Sports Grille located at 111 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.

A Gamecock Evening with Edwin McCain and Patrick Davis – Florida Theater
Lifelong Gamecocks and long time friends, Edwin McCain and Patrick Davis will be performing on stage together for a special Gamecock Evening on Thursday, Dec. 29 at the Florida Theater in downtown Jacksonville. The concert is an all age show and Patrick Davis says “it should be the perfect night before the Gator Bowl for Gamecocks young, old and in between.”

VIP tickets for the concert are on-sale now and start at $100. They include premium seating, signed show poster and more. General Admission seats will be on sale on Friday, Dec. 16 at 10 a.m. and start at $40.

Official Carolina Tailgate – Metropolitan Park
Join fellow Gamecocks at the official Carolina Tailgate at Metropolitan Park (across from TIAA Bank Field) presented by the Gamecock Club and USC Alumni Association. The tailgate begins at 11:30 a.m. A separate ticket is required for admission into the tailgate. Your tailgate ticket will includes food, non-alcoholic drinks, beer, seltzer and wine. We’ll also have TVs showing other games so you don’t miss out on any game day action.

TaxSlayer Gator Bowl Pre-Game Pep Rally – Daily’s Place Amphitheatre
Join the Mighty Sound of the Southeast, Cocky, Carolina Girls and cheerleaders for a pre-game pep rally inside the gates of TIAA Bank Field inside Daily’s Place Amphitheatre. Once the pep rally ends, head to your seats to get ready to cheer on the Garnet & Black.
